Registration has opened for Chapter 54's Young Eagles Day Saturday September 12 although there is currently a waiting list which you can sign up for. You may find available flights at other EAA chapters in the area.
A word about safety
Parents and friends are not allowed past the gate and onto the ramp at a Young Eagles event. Please do not ask pilots or others to be an exception because you want a picture. That's why we have photographers working during the event and why we post these pictures for you to download. We try to have these posted by midafternoon on the day of the event. This is for your safety. Spinning propellers will kill quickly. If your Young Eagle requires special attention, we will arrange for an escort to safety guide you to the plane and back. Please make your needs known at the time of check-in
