EAA Chapter 54 provides an aviation family of pilots, builders, restorers, and aviation enthusiasts. We are all aviation enthusiasts and want to share it with each other. This chapter welcomes any aviator or those who just love the wonder of flight. If you are not already a member of the national EAA, please join and get your national EAA membership ID number first.
Once you have an EAA member number, please join our local St Paul Chapter.
As of June 1, 2024, our dues are as follows:
- Individual: $40
- Family: $55
- Student $20
