EAA Chapter 54 provides financial assistance to young people who are interested in exploring their aviation dreams during the one-week session.
Applications for assistance will be taken in the summer of 2025 for Air Academy sessions in 2026. Chapter 54 provides full scholarships for selected applicants. Other individuals are eligible for "camperships" both from EAA headquarters in Oshkosh, and from Chapter 54. Full details on how to apply will be released on this page in the summer of 2025. At our Discover Flight Camp, campers immerse themselves in the fascinating world of aviation through our comprehensive ground-school style lessons. Navigating Horizons Camp offers a unique and immersive summer experience for aspiring aviators aged 14 to 18 who are eager to explore the diverse career opportunities within the aviation industry.
