EAA CHAPTER 898 EVENTS
Our next meeting will be at 1900 (7:00 PM) on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the Ocean County OEM located at the junction of Mule and Airport Roads, Berkley Township, NJ just outside Miller Airpark.

2024 Events:
- May 7th: Our first BBQ Business Meeting of 2024! BBQ starts at 1830 (6:30 PM), meeting at 1900. FAA Wings Seminar on Summer Flying Weather.
- June 1st: Young Eagles Flights @ MJX (Rain date is June 2nd.)
- June 2nd: BBQ at 1830 followed by the Business Meeting at 1900. Program TBA
- July 2nd: BBQ at 1830 followed by Business Meeting at 1900. Program TBA
- June 15th: Young Eagles flights @ 31E (see above for more info.)
- August 6th: BBQ at 1830, Business Meeting at 1900. Program TBA
- August 9th: BBQ dinner for the EAA Aerobatic competition flyers. Time TBD. The annual aerobatic competition will be sponsored by EAA IAC 52 on August 10th and 11th at MJX.
- September 3rd: BBQ dinner at 1830 followed by the Business Meeting at 1900. Program TBA
- September 14th: Young Eagles Flights at MJX (September 15th rain date.)
- September 28th: Young Eagles Flights at MJX (September 29th rain date.)
- October 1st: Business meeting Location TBA
- November 5th: Business meeting. Location TBA.
- December 7th: Annual Holiday Party. Time TBD.
Our regular business meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month. From November to May the meeting time is 7:00 PM and the meetings are held at the Ocean County Emergency Management building located at the corner of Mule and Airport Rds, Berkley Township, NJ. From June through October the meetings start at 6:00 PM and are a BBQ/meeting held at the Ocean Count Airport (MJX), hanger #38.
