Meeting Schedule

| 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Business updates, EAA video, safety tips, discussions, and announcements |
| 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Presentation (if any) |
| 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Socializing continues; Members/Guests depart; Possible VMC meeting follows |
Lunch Details
We will be having lunch at 1:00 and we’ll enjoy football tailgating favorites featuring a variety of hot dogs, beans, chips and desserts. Please join us on September 21st and e-mailing Debbie at: deb_philbin@yahoo.com or calling her at 843-729-6328 with your choice of a food donation. Also, you may request reimbursement for your luncheon food expenses. Our lunches are provided through the courtesy of our members & guests, so be sure to thank our food providers. I feel sure that we can count on our great members again for a wide variety of foods at our luncheons.
Note: Our lunch donations haven’t quite been covering costs, so members and guests please consider pitching in an extra dollar or two at future meetings if you’re able.
Meeting Agenda
The business portion of the meeting will start around 2:00 PM EST.

2025 Membership Dues:
- Regular Membership (Individual): $25
- Family Membership: $35
Congratulations to those who renewed their membership by 12/31/2024 and received the $5 discount! Members who joined after September 1, 2024, have their membership extended through 12/31/2025. Guests are always welcome to attend our meetings.
Lunch Menu
- Grilled hotdogs with your choice of condiments including mustard, ketchup, relish, chili, cheese, slaw and sauerkraut
(Hot dogs, buns, mustard, ketchup and relish will be purchased by the TTF Food Coordinator)
