Fly in or drive in for our first chapter meeting of the year!
Meeting Schedule

| 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Business updates, EAA video, safety tips, discussions, and announcements |

| 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Socializing continues; Members/Guests depart; Possible VMC meeting follows |
Lunch Details
Lunch begins at 1:00 PM, featuring "Chili, all kinds are welcome and a variety of salads, sides and deserts". Our incredible members and guests provide the food, so please express your appreciation to the contributors. I feel sure that we can count on our great members again for a wide variety of foods at our luncheons. I can honestly say that nobody has better food than our chapter, and we usually have plenty. I think you'll agree. Let me know what foods or items that you can bring, and I'll post them in the menu below.
If you can bring a dish, please let us know in advance. A menu will be posted here closer to the date.
Meeting Agenda
The business portion of the meeting will start around 2:00 PM EST. The 2025 chapter officers will be available for any questions:

Membership Information
2025 Membership Dues:
- Regular Membership (Individual): $25
- Family Membership: $35
Congratulations to those who renewed their membership by 12/31/2024 and received the $5 discount! Members who joined after September 1, 2024, have their membership extended through 12/31/2025. Guests are always welcome to attend our meetings.
Please note: During our February meeting, the Food Committee will be asking members and guests that are present and plan to attend our fly-in/drive-in to the Eagle Nest Airport on March 16th to sign up for a box lunch that will include a sub sandwich (several varieties to choose from), chips, cookie and tea for $12.00. We will be collecting the money at our February meeting and have the lunches available to enjoy on March 16th. Help Needed
If you’re available to assist with setting up tables and chairs a day or two before the meeting, please coordinate with Ron.
