- Next Chapter Meeting: The May EAA Chapter 1031 meeting is the 14th of May (Wednesday) at 6:00pm. The location has been changed to the Business Center, Winchester Regional Airport due to inclement weather. There will be a demonstration at the meeting of how to use a shrinker/stretcher to shape metal. Looking forward to seeing you at the meeting.
- Winchester Air Show: The city of Winchester held it's first annual Apple Blossom Festival Air Show on Saturday, 26 Apr 2025. This was the first airshow in Winchester since the early '70s! EAA Chapter 1031 set up a table and 3 of our member's aircraft were on static display, much to the delight of the crowd. The weather was threatening in the morning but by around noon, the skies had cleared enough for the airshow. See pictures here.
