We had a great fly-out (Sunday November 12th) to do our annual Hudson River flight. A total of four member airplanes plus one airplane from Front Royal joined the flight. A total of 10 people were loaded in those airplanes. The airplanes participating: RV-8A, RV-7A, Mooney, Piper Pacer and a C-172 (FRR airplane).
The weather was almost perfect with smooth air at cruising altitudes, low winds at Sky Manor, Winchester and Front Royal for takeoff and landings and only light bumps in the corridor.
