Roy Farris began 542F and his meticulous work and perfectionist attitude took a bit of time. Richard Bentley acquired the project from Roy and completed the gestation and graciously and patiently checked me out. I then brought it home to Minnesota where local avionics guru Scott Hutchinson (who temporarily disavowed his preference for RVs) brought the reconceptualized panel to life. What you don’t see is the Garmin 500 autopilot and the successful integration of the various devices. Many thanks to all. -- Matthew Cooper
