Whether you fly, build, restore or simply enjoy airplanes and aviation, you are welcome to attend our events and join our Chapter.
We are a group of aviation enthusiasts, aircraft builders, and pilots who get together with like minded people to share ideas, exchange information, encourage safety, serve the local aviation community and have a lot of fun doing so. Please come to our next meeting or event as our guest.

EAA Chapter 878 is raising money to rebuild an old hangar for meetings, Young Eagle Flights, aviation events, and to teach aviation to both young adults and Eagle Scouts, including hands-on experience as we finish building an RV-4 airplane.
Please help us raise money for this effort by donating at this link: EAA Chapter 878 Hangar Fund (gofundme.com). EAA Chapter 878 is a 501(c)(3) and your donations are tax deductible. Thank you!
While we are all confined to home, youth may be interested in the "Weather Minds" classes on YouTube, which include brief videos of Airplane Flight Data, Blizzards, Thunder, Rainbows, etc., and each ends with a book about the subject read by one of the KARE 11 meteorologists. Adults, too, can learn from the lessons!
