The next membership gathering will be held on Monday November 10 at 6:30 pm (social hour, program starts at 7). Aerobatic artist Dr. Matt Cooper presents, "In Pursuit of Enhanced Performance: from Theory to Practice." The program includes concepts of situational awareness/decision making/effective action, agility, OODA loops, normalization of deviance, Swiss cheese trajectories, and training and preparation. Coverage will be sufficiently brief so that balance will be in extracting and emphasizing adoptable practices/takeaways to evolve performance and enhance safety." He will discuss aeromedical issues as questions dictate. The night will also feature our chapter elections.
