19th – Let's Learn FAA Math Bootcamp: This is a free community event. This is open to all and we highly encourage our teens to attend. This is on a school holiday so school is out! *

     Where: Stits Hangar 16A 
     Time: 10am - 3pm Lunch is provided

20th – Chapter Gathering  6:30pm – Speakers: Bob Marks & Sally Kloman, ATCs, presenting on Air Traffic Control in general AND addressing specifics here in Southern California. They will also be discussing career opportunities in the FAA for young people. *

April

16th – Chapter Gathering 6:30pm – Speaker: Francisco Gonzalez, Aeronautics Department Chair & Assistant Professor at San Bernardino Valley College, presenting on opportunities to expand your aviation education. *

20th – Young Eagles & Pancake Breakfast 8am - 11am 
20th – E6B Class 11am - 1pm (immediately following Young Eagles) This is a free community event (ages 14+). We highly encourage our teens to attend. *

21st – Chapter Gathering 6:30pm – Speaker: Chauncey Spencer II from the African Americans in Aviation Traveling Museum, presenting on American Aviation history. Chauncey’s family helped influence Senator Harry S. Truman to fight to establish funding for the training of African American Pilots at Tuskegee Institute for the Army Air Corp.*

September

21st – Young Eagles & Pancake Breakfast (Volunteer call time 7am) - Pancakes are served from 8:00am-10:00am or until we run out & Young Eagle attendees should arrive at 8am.  We suggest arriving early. Please note the Zenith will be shown!
21st – Skill Building Series Event: Financial Literacy Class 11am - 1pm (immediately following Young Eagles) This is a free community event (ages 14+). We highly encourage our teens to attend. This class will cover both the financial basics as well as how to plan/finance an airplane of your very own. *   
     Where: Stits Hangar 16A 
     Lunch is provided to attendees - We MUST have a waiver on file for any minor to attend

October

5th – Aviation Symposium – LIMITED SEATS Registration required!
     Where: Stits Hangar 16A at Flabob Airport - 4130 Mennes Ave, Hangar 16A, Riverside, CA 92509
     Time: Check in begins at 7:30am - Symposium runs from 8am-2pm
     Ages 14-19 Light breakfast and lunch is provided to attendees
7th – Board Meeting 6:30pm
7th-13th – SportAir Workshop - MUST register with National to attend
10th – VMC/IMC Club via Zoom 6:30pm *
11th – Scholarship Informational Session 4pm via Zoom 
15th – Chapter Gathering 6:30pm – Speaker: Ryan Melendez (IG: flyinsnoopy), presenting on his journey to aviation *
19th – Young Eagles & Donuts (Volunteer call time 7am) - This month we will NOT be having our regular Pancake Breakfast. We will have having donuts, juice and coffee starting at 8am until we run out. Young Eagle attendees should arrive at 8am. 
19th – Skill Building Series Event: FAA Private Exam Refresher 11am - 1pm (immediately following Young Eagles) This is a free community event (ages 14+). We highly encourage our teens to attend. This class will be held quarterly in October, January/February, April & July (with DIFFERENT course material each time). Keep an eye out for more info! *

November
