Cameron Park Aeronautical Experimenters (CPAX)

EAA Chapter 1726 is a technically focused Experimental Aircraft Association chapter based at the Cameron Park Airpark (O61) in Cameron Park, California. Our chapter brings together pilots, aircraft builders, engineers, mechanics, fabricators, restorers, machinists, designers, technicians, and aviation enthusiasts who share a passion for hands-on aviation, craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the experimental spirit.

We provide an environment where members openly exchange knowledge, experience, ideas, and practical skills in a professional, participatory, and enjoyable aviation community. Some members simply enjoy attending meetings and participating in discussions, while others dive deep into workshops, technical presentations, flight operations, or chapter leadership. All levels of participation are welcome.

What We Focus On:

🛠️ Construction & Restoration
💡 Technical & Operational Knowledge
🔧 Fabrication & Workshop Activities
🎓 Mentorship & Education
🤝 Project Collaboration
✈️ Fly-Outs & Safety Initiatives
📅 Join Us at the Next Meeting
