Welcome to EAA Chapter 1726, the EAA community based at Cameron Park Airport.

We are a group of people who share an interest in aviation and the people, machines, skills, and experiences that make it fascinating. Our members include aircraft builders, pilots, owners, mechanics, engineers, aviation enthusiasts, students, future aviators, lifelong gearheads, and people who simply enjoy being around airplanes and the aviation community.

Chapter 1726 has a particular interest in experimental aviation, aircraft construction, restoration, fabrication, engineering, systems, and hands-on learning. We enjoy talking about how things work, solving problems, sharing experience, and learning from one another. But you don't need to be building an airplane, flying one, or even know much about aviation to be part of the chapter.

Our meetings and activities are centered around real aircraft, real projects, practical knowledge, and the people who make the airport an interesting place to be. We also believe that aviation is about more than airplanes. Social gatherings, movie nights, fly-ins, airport activities, and simply getting together with fellow aviation enthusiasts are an important part of our chapter.
