This page is for sellers wishing to reserve booth space only. This space is NOT for attendees.
By making payment, you have read and acknowledged event rules and guidelines below.
- Seller is to provide their own table and chairs(s).
- 1 booth = 10' x 10'. Payment for the booth must be paid by Friday, June 20th to confirm your space. Booth sharing is permitted and should be coordinated between you and that person(s).
- If your booth assignment is inside, please do not hang items on the wall.
- Seller vehicle unloading must be done by 7:00 am and vehicles moved to the parking lot at that time.
- Sellers are asked to stay the duration of the event, unless of course 'a sellout'.
- Any remaining items, must be removed by 1:00 pm.
- All booth payment proceeds will support EAA Chapter 648 flight programs for those interested in aviation including Eagle Flights and Young Eagles Flights at Longmont's Vance Brand Airport. EAA Chapter 648 is a 501(c)3 organization.
- EAA Chapter 648, Elite Aviation, Longmont Airport or the City of Longmont Are Not responsible for injuries, accidents, damage to or theft of your sales items or personal property.
- Only Service Pets permitted.
- Items/Activities Not Permitted: Smoking, coolers, alcohol, laser pointers, firearms or anything that can be used as or considered to be a weapon, fireworks, explosives.
- There are 19 indoor booths available and will be granted to the first 19 registered booths. All others will be outside. Please plan accordingly.
- Outdoor booth sellers can bring popup tents, providing they are weighted down to accommodate Colorado weather changes. Anyone that does not anchor down their booth tent prior to 7:30 am, will be required to remove the tent prior to the event start. Those that don’t wish to comply will be asked to leave…. Sorry and thank you for understanding.
- The sale or exhibition of food, beverages, firearms, marijuana or any other substance is prohibited by all participants and attendees.
- Registration fee is considered a donation and is non-refundable due to weather, illness or any other unforeseen circumstance.
- Most booths do not have electrical power. If needed, please specify when registering.
- Takeoff and landing of remote controlled, unmanned aircraft, or drones are prohibited at this event
- Vendors MUST register beforehand. EAA Chapter 648 will not allow same day registration.
