AIRPORT DAY 2025
The B-25, Miss Mitchell, from the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Minnesota Wing will be in Menominee, MI August 1-3, 2025 for the Menominee Airport Day Event. The CAF will be offering History Flight Experiences Saturday and Sunday. Exact times to be scheduled the week prior. Cost per ride is $495.00. To reserve a seat click here.
Passenger weight restrictions apply:
- Passenger must be able to get in and out of the aircraft on their own. (Since few people know how to enter a B-25, I've included this photo and a link to that moment in the video.)

- Passenger must be 12 years of age or older to fly.
Past Airport Days
The 2023 Airport Day at Menominee Regional Airport (KMNM) on Saturday, August 5 was a great success: Young Eagles flights, pancake breakfast, police and fire department displays, Civil Air Patrol (CAP) recruitment and simulators (several chapter members are also in CAP) and aircraft displays. Jeremy Anderson, Chapter President, and neighbor to Zak Aubert, Store Owner of Wind Rose North Outfitters put together a fantastic event complete with community representatives, Delores Konrad, and Andre Pichette of the local Civil Air Patrol and other local services. Plenty of pancakes were consumed and proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the chapter to expand it's reach to youth in our area. Sizable number of attendees including some from a large part of northern Wisconsin and the lower U.P. attended the gathering.

- 116 pancake breakfasts served. Thanks to Dan, Wendy and friends.
- Menominee City Police, Fire, Civil Air Patrol were present.
- 14 local airplanes and one Enstrom on display. Thanks to everyone for bringing them out.
- R/C airplanes on display and some flying
