Chapter Meetings
EAA Chapter 1279 regular monthly meetings are held the last Saturday of the month starting at 9:30am with a VMC/IMC Club discussion, followed at 10:00am with regular chapter business. We regularly invite guest speakers that cover all manner of interesting aviation related topics.
Meetings are held at the French Valley Airport, Murrieta, CA in Hangar A17 located just inside the north gate. See map for location.
Annual BBQ
The annual chapter Barbecue is usually held in June - watch for announcements on the Home page or the Calendar page for details.

Young Eagles Rally
EAA Chapter 1279 sponsors two Young Eagle Rallies each year. Click the Young Eagles tab for exact dates and updated information.

Awards Dinner
The chapter usually has its annual awards dinner in the spring of each year. As soon as dates are firmed up, members are notified via email. The date and location will also be updated on the Calendar page with all available information.
