Chapter 648

Longmont, Colorado

About Us

The members of EAA Chapter 648 in Longmont Colorado, are an eclectic collection of pilots, builders, and people that just plain enjoy aviation. Our members range from 787 pilots to powered parachute drivers, and a metric boatload of pilots and non pilots in between.

Most of us have built our own planes, this is EAA after all, and they range from Kolb's to twin engine jets; and from wood and fabric, to metal, to fiberglass. You could say our skill set encompasses everything.

We have Technical Counselors skilled in all manner of aircraft systems. Metal, wood, fabric, composites, even avionics.

Come join us for a Chapter meeting, see what we can offer you. Most of us are at Longmont Airport (KLMO), but our monthly meetings are literally everywhere. Inspecting a build at a members hangar, off site at a school, even at EAA chapter facilities near us.
