Welcome to Chapter 648

Welcome to the weather rollercoaster. One day it’s winter, the next day it’s summer.  Watching airplanes landing, sometimes it looks like they are riding a rollercoaster.  Please be safe.

This Saturday, March 8, we will be gathering in my hangar. Building  15, unit 44. We’ll start with meet and greet at 9:45. Our program will promptly start at 10:00. This months program will be led by Kyle Foley, our beloved secretary. He will be showing us how to do upholstery in our aircraft. Kyle is a great presenter and will give you the opportunity to do some sewing. We’ll finish up by burning some burgers on the grill.

Let’s count on good weather Saturday March 15 for our Young Eagles Rally. Mike Duggan, our YE coordinator, is doing a great job organizing these events. Well get an update at our meeting this Saturday and find out if he needs anymore help to make it a safe successful event.
