EAA1445 Update & Monthly Meeting Notice

Just a quick reminder that we will be having our monthly chapter meeting this coming Saturday January 17^th 10am at the Chandler Airport Admin Building. And yes, pizza will be provided following the meeting.

We will have a few presentations. Mathilde Feivez will give a presentation on electric airplane technology happenings. There has been some interest from members on the inns and outs of flying to and surviving “Oshkosh Air-Venture”. So, Rod Kjerstad will give us the 1^st of a short series of “how to” presentations for it. Also, the “Aviation Explorers” will give us a short presentation on their upcoming event.

Chandler Airport Day: Last year the airport manager/city asked the chapter to support the event, which was very successful. This year, we are invited back to bring out and display our aircraft and project creations to present to the public. From Ryan Reeves, our airport manager, it sounds like the city is excited about the event and is putting in the effort to ramp things up. I’m told there is no limit to the number of aircraft or projects that we may exhibit.

2026 Chapter dues. Please, if you haven’t already done so, then please pay your dues because we want your continued participation experiences and knowledge as part of this chapter.
