In a few weeks we will be into much nicer flying weather. Its time to make plans to get your airplane cleaned up, fixed up, fueled up and ready to fly. The summer heat tends to take away some of the motivation to fly. Now is the time to commit to putting some hours in the air. If it's been a while since you have flown, call your favorite CFI and get on the schedule for some refresher flying.

We are moving into the Young Eagles flying season. A lack of pilots is the limiting factor for our YE flying. That's another good reason to get you and your airplane current.

Maybe you have a friend that wants a ride. Why not invite them for a breakfast flight to your favorite place.

We have had a surge of new members and guests come to our chapter meetings lately. Please go out of your way to make new members and guests feel welcome when you see them.

Our next chapter meeting will be September 20th at the Chandler Airport terminal meeting room at 10am.
