The chapter held a Memorial Celebration of Life for Bob on October 10, 2020 at the hangar that Bob built in 1978.
Bob and Anne met on a blind date in Placerville set up by Jim Howe in the mid 70's. Bob asked if she would like to go fly.in his 1945 Taylorcraft. She accepted and that was the beginning of their 35 year marriage.

Bob loved to fly every good weather Saturday at 0600 on what he called "Dawn Patrol" (a short music video in his '45 T-craft).
