FAA’s Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certificates (MOSAIC) initiative
Our meeting presentation was on the FAA’s Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certificates (MOSAIC) initiative. EAA and pilots/owners and manufacturers currently are critiquing the initiative during the prescribed 90-day open comment time frame. Bud Yerly presented a short video and had open forum discussion on how it can benefit and how it can affect our civil sport flying from your medical, licensing and qualifications, what is the FAA planning? Are they really “here to help”.
