The KPWC airport commission with support from EAA Chapter 1610 (Brainerd) will be hosting an Open House and Fly-In with food truck vendors serving a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dessert items from their popular menus!
For breakfast and lunch, Bobcat's Lunchbox will be selling from their regular menu that most anyone can find items that suits their tastes and satisfies their cravings. For dessert, Vangstad's Creamery will be selling from their popular selection of ice cream flavors. The airport commission is also arranging for a shuttle service to and from The Damsite Inn for those who would prefer a full-service menu.
So...Come out and bring your families to enjoy the food, see the aircraft, meet local pilots and learn about proposed expansion plans for KPWC.
