Coffee & Donuts (Saturday, January 7, from 8:30-10:00 AM)
EAA 517 will again host a FREE Coffee & Donuts event at the Chapter hangar this Saturday, January 7 from 8:30 - 10:00 AM. This is a great time to get together with other Chapter members to "talk aviation" or to just get out of the house for a little social time on a cold winter morning. Feel free to bring family members or friends.
Evening Program - Cal Geyman (Monday, January 16, 7:00 PM)
Cal will do a slide presentation discussing the sequence of events that took place on his second RV-9 test flight last summer and what he learned as a result of that accident. After his slide presentation, Cal will then walk the attendees over to another corner in the Chapter hangar where he is already hard-at-work constructing another RV-9. The current RV-9 seems to be a bit easier to construct than the previous one.
And if this "double-header" evening program isn't enough to entice you to come out to the hangar, Cal is also promising us pizza and pop starting at 6:30 PM.

We also help support the annual Aviation Day in Hamilton each year.
