Winterfest Banquet!
Featuring The Amazing A-10
by Bob Aardema
At the Main Street Pub in Vicksburg
January 10th, doors open at 5:00 PM
Bob has crafted a presentation about the damage tolerant Fairchild Republic A-10 'Thunderbolt II" (I know, I know...it's a Warthog). He is going to talk about the battle damaged Battle Creek A-10 # 258 that will soon be on display at the Air Zoo, and then tell the story about Kim Campbell's super-hero skills demonstrated on a treacherous mission over Iraq in 2003.
Hope to see you all there!

December 18, 2025...
Ahoy EAA members of Chapter 221,
Last month’s meeting was held at the Air Zoo restoration center. We got a great lookover of the PBY Catalina wings and tail. Lots of work to be done. Once done, from I understand, the plane will be going to Pearl Harbor to be put on display.
In other news, we had a board meeting where new and exciting ideas were discussed and will be in the works. Also, the winter banquet was set in stone for Jan 10th. Doors open at 5:00, meeting starts 5:30.
Place: Main Street Pub, Vicksburg. Short meeting, introductions and some discussions of future plans.
I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and hopefully a Happy New Year.
