EAA 187 is a chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association based at Georgetown Executive Airport (GTU), Texas
Anyone with an interest in aviation may visit our chapter meetings, held at 10 am. on the second Saturday of each month at the Terminal Building meeting room. That’s the building just across the street from the control tower at 500 Terminal Dr, Georgetown, TX 78628. Please sign our contact list at the meeting. Feel free to ask questions and meet members.
You may visit a few times to get acquainted. To join our chapter you must already be a paid member of the international Experimental Aircraft Association, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, https://www.eaa.org/eaa

You are supporting our educational program, which includes fellowship with pilots; interesting speakers at our meetings; news, photos and videos that we post on our website; a private Members’ Area on our website with a roster of members and other material; a library of aviation books and videos; a library of aviation tools that may help reduce the cost of building your aircraft; and the expertise of two tech counselors and a flight advisor. You also can participate in Young Eagle events for youth, ages 8-17, and events like breakfasts, picnics, banquets, fly-outs and fly-ins. Come join us!
