Coming Events - General Schedule
Member Gatherings
Gatherings are generally held on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Lake in the Hills Airport Office at 18:45. From May until October, the gatherings begin with a cookout at 18:00 in hangar P-60. There is usually a banquet in February, no gathering in July (see you in Oshkosh!) and a holiday party in December.
Board Meetings
Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month. The location is announced prior to the meeting, and all members are welcome to attend. Some meetings may be virtual.
Young Eagle Rallies
Rallies are held 4 times each year, weather permitting. Dates and locations are posted on our Young Eagles page. You must pre-register for a rally at youngeaglesday.org.
Breakfast Fly-outs
We meet at an airport restaurant on the third Saturday of each month (weather permitting), with details announced shortly before each event.
Pancake Breakfast
