EAA recognizes that young people are the foundation of the future of aviation, as well as other STEM related fields. EAA therefore sponsors several youth programs whose goal is to attract, mentor, and support young people. EAA's most significant resource is the Ray Scholarship Program which provides financial support for youth wishing to pursue a career in Aviation.
We recognize that not all program participants will pursue aviation careers. However, the programs are designed to provide participants with a STEM exposure, which may lead them to careers in fields like engineering, science, or technology.
