BVLOS DRONES Get A LOAD OF THIS in the NAAA news letter referenced below 14 CFR Draft part 108. Get familiar with this. This would make Spray Planes and all other aircraft responsible for avoiding drones if they don’t have ADS’B. Think of all the none electric aircraft / Balloons etc.
