Choose if this is an Individual or a Family membership by clicking the corresponding blue button below. The amount charged is pro-rated based on the time of the year. When the Square payment form appears, click on the blue Checkout button. Next, on the checkout form that appears, fill in your payment information for the desired method of payment. Then, click the blue Pay button at the bottom of the checkout form. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder.
