Meeting on Saturday, October 10, at 6:00pm: Our annual chapter bonfire
Our chapter gathering this month is Saturday, October 10, at 6:00 PM. Join us for our annual chapter bonfire. We’ll gather on the West end past the hangar next to the runway on Saturday, October 10, at 6:00 PM for an evening of fellowship, reminiscing, and good times around the fire. Bring a chair and something to eat!
This Chapter 145 meeting is always a great chance to socialize and share flying and building stories. We have a great group of pilots, families, students, builders and perhaps new people with an interest in aviation. All are welcome!
Location:
Riverview Airport (08C)
805 Taylor St
Jenison, MI, 49428
Ongoing: VMC Club
VMC Club meets the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the lobby of Riverview airport (08C).
The VMC Club offers monthly meetings in which pilots can network and share knowledge and experience. The meetings use real-world scenarios to engage members, and allow a free exchange of information that improves awareness and skills. The intent is to create a community of pilots willing to share information, provide recognition, foster communications, promote safety, and build proficiency.
All EAA members are automatically eligible to take part in VMC (and their instrument counterparts, IMC Club) programs in their local chapters.
