Event Calendar

Monthly Meetings are the third Thursday of each month (excluding December and July).

Next event: Thursday, June 18th, 2026 at Piqua-Hartzell Airport.

Schedule (Weather permitting):

4:00-5:00 Arrive at airport and preflight aircraft
5:15 Safety Briefing
5:30-6:00 Depart to KVES, KCQA, KAXV and KSCA and back to I17.
7:00 Dinner
7:30 Meeting / Awards

If weather does not cooperate, then the meeting will start as usual at 6:00 p.m.

Every meeting is either a cookout, pizzas provided, or certain members bring food for all.

This was their first plane that actually could fly. In February 1920 it crashed (non-fatal) making its first landing and never flew again.
(So Brian is probably the highest time Cootie pilot in the world.)

In recognition of Valentines Day, and new this year, we'll have a "Bring Your Sweetie" Dessert Competition.
Much like the annual Chili Cook-Off, bring your best homemade dessert. We will vote on the favorite and the winner takes home a special prize.
