Evening Program is a presentation by Doug Jacobs & Greg Zuercher (De Havilland DH-4).

Our evening activities include a banquet ($25 individual, $160 table of 8), followed by a presentation by Doug Jacobs & Greg Zuercher. The De Havilland DH-4 is the only American-built airplane to be flown into combat in WWI by an American crew.
Erwin Bleckley is Wichita's only aviator Medal of Honor recipient.

An awards presentation concludes the evening.

Pilots who are flying in, be aware of KBEC Beech Factory Class Delta Airspace to the south if arriving VFR. Also, at the Wichita Gliderport 29KS, there will be activites planned. Watch for NORDO traffic. Check your NOTAMS.
Here's the sectional Chart. This airspace is nick-named the "Bee Hive". Contact your trusted CFI or us for questions.
