Chapter 237 Campsite

If you are going to camp at the Chapter 237 camping compound, please see the Chapter Camping Procedure and Pass Distribution Procedure at the links below.  If you don't have your campsite credentials before you arrive, you will need to meet our Campsite Concierge at the Target Store parking lot at specific times of the day to get your camping credentials.  If you have any questions about chapter camping procedures or campsite registration, please contact our Campsite Coordinator Curt Stoltz (email: Curt.Stoltz@eaa237.org).

You must register for a campsite if you are going to camp with us at the Chapter 237 camping compound.  Please use the MailChimp form at the link below to register. This will let us know what dates you will be camping and other details of your visit.  After you register you will be sent a confirmation email.  Even if you don't plan to camp with the group, please fill out the first part of the form so we can keep in touch with you before and during AirVenture.  Thanks!

Help Section

Here is more information about how the links on this page work in case you are having difficulty using the forms that they link to.

The link above (Campsite Payment via PayPal) takes you to a specific page on our chapter website for paying the chapter for your stay at our special chapter 237 campsite at Camp Scholler.  This is in lieu of you purchasing the standard camping credentials from the EAA at the normal campground arrival entrance.  When using this form please be sure to set the number of items to the same as the number of nights you intend to camp.  You can do this by modifying the Qty field on the 'Your Cart' form to the correct number of nights.  When you change the Qty, the total will reflect the number of nights (at $25 per night).

Note that you can use your credit card to make the payment without needing to create a PayPal account.  To do this be sure to click on the grey Check Out button on the shopping card page.   This takes you to the secure credit card transaction form.  Be sure to include a valid email address at the bottom of the credit card transaction form so that you will be sent a confirmation email of your transaction. This email will be your only receipt for the transaction.  If you are still having difficulty making a payment please send an email to  webmaster@eaa237.org  with a detailed explanation of the problem you are having.

The remaining links above (for Volunteer Opportunities) will take you to the corresponding signup forms which we have setup using SignUpGenius.  What you do is click on the Sign Up buttons on the right side for those time slots you would like to participate in.  This will put a check mark in the check box.  If you click the same button again the check mark will be removed.  After you have checked all of the time slots you are volunteering for, click on the large 'Submit and Sign Up' button at the bottom.  This takes you to another form for completing your sign up request.  This includes a summary of the time slots you are signing up for and fields where you fill in your first and last name (required) and your email address (optional).

You can also create a SignUpGenius account, but you are not required to do so to volunteer.  However, if you only entered your first and last name then you will need to contact the volunteer coordinator to make a change to your signup later on.  Your phone number is also optional but it will make it easier for the volunteer coordinator to contact you while at AirVenture.  If you are still having difficulty with these signup forms please send an email to  webmaster@eaa237.org  with a detailed explanation of the problem you are having.
