Chapter 182

Ford Tri-Motor Event

EAA 182 Ford Tri-Motor Flight

May 16-18, 2025

Millington-Memphis Airport (NQA), Millington, TN

Get ready for an experience of a lifetime! The Ford Tri-Motor, also known as the "Tin Goose", is a three-motor aircraft produced in 1925 as a civilian airplane. It was the first commercial aircraft to fly from the U.S. to Mexico City and the first commercial aircraft to fly over the Canadian Rockies. The Tri-Motor has served as a commercial airline, a crop duster, a fire fighter, and a cargo plane.

Our chapter is thrilled to be hosting a weekend event allowing participants to fly in this historic, iconic airplane. Click the link below to register and secure your spot! Also, if you would like to help sponsor a ride for a child, we've included a Donate Button at the bottom of the page.
