In coordination with the Oregon Pilot's Association (OPA), and weather permitting, we schedule a monthly fly-out to an airport usually within a 150 mile radius. We normally fly to a destination that has a nearby restaurant within walking distance. It's a great way to meet fellow pilots and build new relationships. Sunshine and calm winds are a bonus!
Scheduled flights usually begin at 9AM at the Bend Builder's Assist hangar at the Bend Airport on the Saturday following the OPA monthly meetings (third Thursday of the month). If for some reason the flight is cancelled, you may expect a local ground trip to a nearby restaurant somewhere in Bend. Come join us, it's a hoot.
