Join us for the first annual Crosswind Classic, hosted at Baxter Regional Airport on Saturday, August 29th. This exciting community event features a wide variety of activities for aviation enthusiasts and families alike.
Event Highlights
- Aviation Static Display: Come see an impressive lineup of general aviation aircraft, experimental aircraft, and historic warbirds.
- Aviation Poker Run: Fly in and participate in our poker run challenge.
- Car Show: Explore a great selection of classic and unique vehicles.
- Entertainment and Food: Enjoy live music, a dedicated kids zone, local vendors, and a variety of food trucks.
Admission and parking are completely FREE.
Schedule of Events
- 8:00 AM – Coffee and Donut Social EAA Chapter 775 will host a coffee and donut social at the Bayird Aviation FBO. This social will take place immediately prior to the official safety briefing for the aviation poker run.
Pilot Registration and Event Entry
Aviation Poker Run
- Cost: $30, which includes one food truck meal token.
- Requirements: Pilots are required to pre-register for this event. Please scan the QR code found on the official Poker Run flyer to secure your spot.
Aircraft Static Display
- Cost: $25, which includes one food truck meal token.
- Details: The static display is judged as a people's choice award, giving attendees the chance to vote for their favorite aircraft.
- Requirements: Pilots are required to pre-register. Please scan the QR code found on the Static Display flyer to register your aircraft.
