The Kitfox has arrived
Glenn Sisson received his long awaited Kitfox at the end of December 2022. This plane is amazing, it is the Kitfox 7sti (Kitfox 7sti link). The sti is Kitfox's STOL version of their aircraft. Glenn is planning on installing a Rotax 915 iS turbocharged engine (Rotax iS link) with a service ceiling of 23,000', yes you read that right..23,000'. The engine output starts out at 141 hp (non- continuous), up to 14,000' which should get that fox where it needs to go.
Glenn is building a new shop behind his house and will be constructing the plane there, that will give him more room in the kitchen.... (See photos below)
Let's give Glenn all the support we can, this will be a great addition to our flying fleet at One Oscar Five.
