AirVenture 2024
Avoid the Congestion and base at the Fond du Lac County Airport 18 miles away from Oshkosh. The benefits are as follows:
- Aircraft parking on hard surface must be reserved by calling Skyport FBO at (920)922-6000 Aircraft parking in the grass is $35 onetime fee for the week.
- Camping under your wing is $70 onetime fee for the week
- Drive-in camping is $70 onetime fee for the week. No electrical hook-ups but showers and port-potties are available for no extra cost.
- Charging stations are available at the EAA Chapter 572’s hangar for phones and Ipads.
- Food vendors on site from 6:30am to 7:00pm daily
- Transportation by charter bus to and from Oshkosh AirVenture runs on the hour every day. (Approximately 20 minute ride) See Transportation Link on EAA’s Website
- Rental cars can be reserved through Enterprise and Holiday Auto.
- Many hotels in the area to stay
- Commemorative Air force Airbase Georgia giving Airplane rides to the public.
- Tie-downs for sale $35.00 (Proceeds go to EAA Chapter 572)
All proceeds go to the local EAA Chapter 572 of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Fond du Lac County Airport KFLD is temporary controlled airspace during AirVenture 2024. Check notam for frequencies before flight.
FLD Controlled airspace hours are: 0700 to 2000 hours 7/20/24 through 7/27/24
