Due to the on going Covid-19 pandemic and the increase numbers of case infections in the State of Florida, the EAA Chapter 565 Board of Directors have decided that it would in the best interest of all EAA Chapter 565 members, that all activities (monthly meeting, pancake breakfast, members dinner, and the Saturday morning coffee and donut get together) are to be canceled until future notice.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST

When: Saturday 11 July, 2020 at 8:30am - 10:00am

Where: at the EAA Chapter 565 Building, South Apron, Punta Gorda Airport.

Our breakfast openly welcome guests and visitors.

Two (2) Sausage Links

Syrup & Butter

MEMBERS DINNER

When: Saturday 18 July, 2020 at 5:00pm - 8:00pm 

Where: at the EAA Chapter 565 Building, South Apron, Punta Gorda Airport.

 

Main Course: TBD

 

Chapter members and their spouses are invited to join us. Happy hour is 5-6 p.m. (BYOB) and dinner starts at 6 p.m. Since numbers are limited, we ask that you contact Larry McClure (941-661-4993) a few days in advance. He will also let you know what to bring (appetizer, side dish or dessert).

EAA 565 CHRISTMAS PARTY

 

EAA Chapter 565 Christmas Party will be held on 15 December 2020, starting at 5:00pm at the Twin Isles Country Club. The menu will be the same as last years menu. We can tweak the menu if we so desire. Rest assure that the Twin Isles Country Club is ahearing to all state regulations as far as spacing, mask and sterilizing the tables. The full menu is as follows:

 

Hand passed appetizer: Meatballs/Coconut Shrimp/Antipasto skewers.

                                     Plated Salad with Balsamic Vinegar & Ranch Dressing/Bread & Butter table side.

Entrée: Coice of 6 oz. Filet Mignon w/Herb Butte.

             Chicken Normandy (Chix Breast w/Apple Bacon Cream Sauce).

             Stuffed Flounder (Asparagus, Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese w/White Wine Butter Sauce.

             All Entrees served with Baked Potato and Chef's Choice Vegetable.

Dessert: New York Cheesecake garnished w/Fruit & Carmel Sauce.
