Doug Newton Memorial Scholarship Application

Our scholarship is a living memorial to Douglas Newton. Mr. Newton was a pilot and key
member of the Las Cruces EAA Chapter 555. He was a former Eastern Airlines pilot and had
logged more than 24,000 hours as an airman. His flight experience began with the US Navy and
continued his entire life. This scholarship was created to memorialize his contributions to our
chapter and the community.
