We are in Lake County, Illinois, at Waukegan National Airport (KUGN), 2860 Plane Rest Drive. EAA Chapter 414 is a welcoming community of aviation enthusiasts where members and their families can come together and enjoy the camaraderie of people who share a passion for flight.
Our monthly gatherings and activities offer opportunities to socialize, learn, and share ideas that make aviation both safe and fun. Our members include airline pilots, aircraft mechanics, flight instructors, recreational and student pilots, and individuals who simply enjoy aviation. Whether you're interested in learning more about flying or sharing your own experience, you’ll find a friendly and encouraging group here.
Our members’ aviation interests span a wide range, including light sport aircraft, gyros, homebuilt, certified aircraft, experimental and vintage airplanes.
