Event Calendar

Hello Chapter 175 Members and Guests.

Here is our CEC (Chapter Educational Center) meeting calendar for 2020. With the exception of July, November, and December, the dates remain 4th Saturday of the month.

February 22   Discussion will be held EAA Chapter 175 CEC (9334 Vandenberg Airport Rd., Tampa, FL. 33610).

Ronald LeBlanc will discuss the topic of required printing of labels for experimental aircraft and will demonstrate the old and new techniques of printing of the labels. Also Ron has been working on a Zenith CH750 Cruzer experimental aircraft and is almost done . He will also discuss the ups and downs of building of this aircraft. ( SORRY RON, this lecture has been rescheduled for March 21, due to large amount of members and guests that show up and  were very involved in the discussion of new hangar project and on how to raise money from donations, since we are now 501 (C) (3)  tax status. )

Will also have important information on the chapter non-profit status and on the hangar status.

March 21   NEW DATE
This Saturday's chapter meeting has been cancelled.  Our next scheduled meeting is Saturday April 25th.

As most of you are already aware, Sun-n-Fun has been postponed until May 5th.  I have communicated with Rich Denton regarding kitchen volunteers.  It is understood that the volunteers who were available for the original dates may not be available for the new dates.  At this time, there is no new information to report.
If you would like to volunteer for SNF let me know and I'll pass it along to Rich.  All of SNF is largely driven by volunteers in a variety of roles.  Without this kind of help, the event cannot happen.
