Chapter 1714

About Us

EAA Chapter 1714, based at KMCC - Sacramento McClellan Airport was founded in 2024 and held its first meeting at the California Aerospace Museum in September of that year.

Our mission at EAA Chapter 1714 is to inspire current and future generations of aviation professionals by putting youth engagement, professional development, and embracing valuable experience at the heart of everything we do. Through hands-on experiences, educational workshops, mentorship opportunities, and aviation events, we are shaping tomorrow’s aviation leaders while embracing the McClellan Legacy Aviators community.

Our monthly meeting is held every third Saturday of the month at the California Aerospace Museum. Past meetings have included a variety of speakers, including people from across the aviation community and are a great way to meet fellow enthusiasts. We invite you to join us at one of our future meetings and to join the chapter as a member.
