In conjunction with the city, the Soo Pilots worked to procure a gently used RedBird FMX simulator and have it installed in our airport! This is an FAA Certified ATD, which allows portions of training and recurrent training to be performed under the direction of an FAA CFI, or it allows a very immersive and functional training environment for current pilots.
