Chapter 1099 is working with the Virginia DMV and EAA to create a EAA license plate - the first of its kind in the United States.
The Virginia DMV requires 450 preorder requests in order to develop and release a EAA license plate similar to the above example.
If you're interested, contact (email, call, or mail) Matt Brascher and add your name to the list of interested people - Matt's contact information is shown in Section 1 of the attached VA DMV License Plate Development Preorder Request form.
Once we reach 450 people, you will be contacted and asked to complete attached preorder request and mail it to Matt with $10 or $20 for a personalize plate. The package of 450 preorder requests will then be sent the Virginia DMV to complete the application process.
