Chapter Gathering - Saturday, August 16, 2025
Chapter 919 will hold its next meeting on Saturday, August 16, at the Winona Airport. This is an open gathering so feel free to invite anyone with an interest in aviation. This month, our speakers will be Mike and Barb Thern. They fly around in a beautifully restored 1947 Fairchild (pictured below), and Mike is currently building a nearly-complete Kitfox project. Mike and Barb are annual volunteers at AirVenture and will share their take-away from this year's event. Mike will also lead a brief discussion on how the newly released MOSAIC rules will affect pilots and aircraft owners.
