EAA CHAPTER 775 MEETING AGENDA

Members: Present: Bill Holland, Sharon Holland, Ralph Hoetger, Steve Johnson, Gere Gaige, David Freeman, Sylvia Hathaway, Robert Hathaway, Cody Cline

1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Bill Holland
2. Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve November 4, 2025 by Ralph Hoetger, Second by Gere Gaige. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Treasurers Report: Steve Johnson reported account balance. Steve reported the chapter renewal fees were paid.
4. Old Business:
   1. Chapter 775 membership roster reviewed with 22 members reported by Bill Holland
   2. Chapter 775 renewal for 2026 paid and current on EAA Website
5. New Business:
   1. Chapter 775 bank account: Bill Holland discussed need to add additional officers on signature card.
   2. Chapter 775 2025 awards: Presented to 2025 officers. MVP was awarded to Steve Johnson
   3. Approval of Chapter 775 member survey: Bill Holland discussed that at least 10% of membership needs to respond if chapter is to be considered for Bronze, Silver, or Gold status
   4. Discussion on chapter logo and caps.Ralph presented a couple of drafts and will review in 2026.
   5. 2026 Chapter event discussion:Included events to consider are Young Eagle rally, Coffee and donut fly in, Aviation Day Fly in, and possible Leadership Boot camp, and speaker with dinner at lodge.
   6. Chapter 775 corporate status:Bill opened discussion on 501 c3 status.Officers to research and address in 2026.
6. Other Business
   1. Discussion on change of venue for Chapter 775 meeting.
7. Next Meeting: Baxter County Airport. Site, date, and time to be determined.
