This fly-in has always attracted lots of planes as well as classic cars. Live music; Food; Vendors Arrival & Parking The 2023 Fly-In will use a higher density, overlapping tail-to-tail parking system for the event.
The ground crew will be reserving the southeast corner of the main parking area for antique, vintage, and classic aircraft. Other aircraft will park on the south side of the runway.
Please monitor and communicate on 122.9 as you approach the airport. Upon landing, ground personnel will help you with parking and registration. Accommodation & Food Camping
is available at the airport next to your airplane. The Pilots’ Lounge is open to the public and includes shower, restroom, and kitchen facilities. There will be food vendors at the airport on
Saturday, and there are also several local restaurants in Concrete which is about a 15- 20 minute walk. Fuel Station Our fuel station has 100 LL aviation gas available.
You are required to carry a minimum of liability insurance on your aircraft to participate in the Concrete Fly-In.

I flew to this for the 1st time in 2014, and all I can say about it is “WOW!!!” This is a GREAT flyin, and a block away is a phenomenal chicken dinner– plus lots and lots of other activities.
This is a don’t miss for sure. If you don’t fly-in, drive in with your family. You’ll love it.

Overnight camping starts Friday afternoon with a seafood boil for dinner. Saturday lunch will be served at 12pm sharp, and that will be smoked pulled pork and potluck items.
Stay the night Saturday night and enjoy oysters/hotdogs for dinner, a campfire and aviation comradery. Fly out Sunday morning after a pancake breakfast.
For Saturday’s lunch we will provide BBQ items and beverages but please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert for the potluck

- June 18 Creswell: Jim Origliosso then spoke about his efforts with the Lane Country Disaster Response group. They will be holding a simulated event at the clubhouse on June 18th where they will be flying in about 10,000lbs of food as a trial to see how well it can be handled and distributed out in the event of a disaster. They will be flying it out to various charities throughout the coast on light aircraft. He asked for volunteers to help with logistics and flying the food.
