Gas Prices Hurt? Stay Current on our Simulator!
Our Chapter owns an FAA-approved IFR flight simulator. Membership in the Simulator Elite Flyers Program is $300 and that includes 12 hours of sim time. We don't claim it is more fun than flying your own plane to stay current on your IFR, but it certainly costs a lot less! Original member investors can still use their originally allocated free time on the simulator and now all members may use the simulator for $15/hour after a free orientation session with Ed Cook or Jim Janda. If you use the simulator you may also be interested in our newly formed IFR club that meets at 1:00 PM on the second Saturday of each month in the Flight School upstairs in our hanger.
